Challenge Resolution:
- Overcame 13-hour time difference between China and Panama with late-night virtual consultations
- Optimized spatial flow for maximum capacity without structural obstructions
- Integrated ASTM safety standards with avant-garde design elements

3. Site Analysis

City Analysis
Coronado, Panama, is a well-developed beach community along the Pacific coast, approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Panama City. It features a robust infrastructure, including supermarkets, a golf course, a mall, and leisure amenities, attracting a stable base of expatriates and affluent families . The area's economy is strengthened by its popularity among international retirees and professionals, contributing to higher disposable income levels and demand for premium entertainment options . This makes Coronado an ideal location for a project like NEON TRAMPOLINE PARK, catering to both local families and the expat community.

Site Analysis
The project occupies a 1,100㎡ rectangular space with no internal columns, allowing for highly flexible and efficient planning. The clear floorplate enabled a seamless zoning strategy, dividing the area into distinct activity zones—such as the trampoline park, climbing walls, and interactive attractions—without structural obstructions . The ceiling height (5.7m–6.3m) was leveraged for vertical installations like the drop slide and zipline, maximizing the use of space for high-energy attractions. The site’s layout prioritizes smooth visitor flow and safety, with wide pathways and clear sightlines for supervision.

5. Project Planning Introduction

The transition from concept to reality was guided by a meticulous project planning phase. This stage established a clear roadmap, defining all project objectives, deliverables, and resources required for timely and on-budget execution.
Phased Execution Strategy:
The project was structured into distinct, sequential phases to maintain clarity and control. The initial phase focused on finalizing design approvals and material procurement, followed by a manufacturing period aligned with the shipment schedule to Panama. The final phase encompassed on-site installation, testing, and certification, ensuring a seamless workflow from factory floor to grand opening.

6. Equipment Selection Introduction

Adrenaline Zone:
360° Bikes: Magnetic resistance tracks for weightless rotation
Drop Slides: 6m vertical descents with translucent neon tubes
Zip Lines: Fun zipline over the foam pit
Social & Competitive Areas:
Bowling Park: Glow-in-the-dark lanes with motion-activated scoring
Wall Courses: Ninja style challenges with moving obstacles

7. Project Circulation Introduction

The circulation design for NEON TRAMPOLINE PARK was engineered to optimize visitor flow, enhance safety, and amplify the guest experience. The layout strategically zones activities based on energy levels and age groups to create an intuitive and engaging journey.

The circulation path is designed to naturally guide guests through a curated experience. The journey begins with high-adrenaline activities, gradually leading to more relaxed, skill-based games, and finally to social and party spaces. This intentional routing not only manages crowd density but also encourages visitors to explore all offerings, thereby increasing dwell time and per-capita spending
