1. How the Client Found Us
The client found us through our official Pokiddo website. He was familiar with the well-known trampoline brand Bounce, and after viewing our project cases online, he saw our design and execution were highly aligned with his expectations, so he reached out to start cooperation.
2. Client Profile
The client is from Nepal and has a strong background in construction. He had already installed several trampoline parks in Nepal and witnessed the high profitability of the business, which inspired him to develop his own project.He is not a new investor—he has a clear understanding of the indoor entertainment industry. Having seen many successful parks in Kathmandu, he had very clear ideas for his own venue and wanted to bring the most popular and latest play concepts to his hometown.
3. Trust-Building & Evaluation
The client did not visit our factory in person. He learned about our company, products, and services thoroughly through our official website and project references.He paid great attention to design quality, responsiveness, and professionalism, which became the foundation of our cooperation.
4. Project Process
The project progressed well overall, with two main challenges in the early stage:
Payment delayDue to Nepal’s foreign exchange and import regulations, and since it was the client’s first time importing equipment, it took nearly 1–2 months to complete government registration and payment. This was also our first cooperation using LC (Letter of Credit).
Shipping & customs clearance issuesThe client had limited experience in customs clearance. Despite assistance from friends, the process was time-consuming. Long holidays in India and Nepal further delayed the process and increased costs.Due to these delays, our installation team had to stay in Nepal for more than one month.
After resolving these external challenges, the project moved forward smoothly.
5. Installation & Service
We provided on-site installation and supervision.During the actual installation phase, our team cooperated closely and efficiently with the client’s construction team, and the whole installation process was completed successfully with high quality.
